Back in Action

 

Back on the case after a daytrip to NorthWest Ireland yesterday with young Mikey Clancey.

I struggled to make turns in the 40+ knots conditions. No problem for young Mikey though. 

He threw down goyters and went for cheeky fins-free snaps under some heaving sections - and even launched into a few takas. Damned reckless kids!

Hopefully he'll have some more film and pics to be salvaged from the murky grey conditions after the weekend...he's still up there gorging himself on the wild Atlantic smorgasbord.

Windsurf Journal report some rumors of riders trying out new sails. Might just be some regular 'Try the Competition's stuff out' testing. But you never know. 

WSJ also report that Cyril Moussilmani, Speed Sailing Champion and PWA racer and wave sailor has filled the sizeable gap left by his countryman Antoine Albeau at Starboard.

The PWA focused on Kevin Pritchard's annual board-testing trip to Thailand and Vietnam. Hopefully Kev's Blog'll have some shots for us in the coming days.

Finian Maynard's breathing a sigh of relief. His contract renogotiations at Neil Pryde have gone well and the former World Speed record holder has signed a deal 'for the 2009 season'.

Staying on RRD, the massive Virgin Islander hopes to disrupt any plans Dunkerbeck, Pritchard or Albeau have in dominating the Salom series.

precentages are not really representative... can be just 10 people...??!!

Hi Rossi. The number's are not big. The last poll only had 500 votes. I guess this is enough of a representative sample but the usefulness of the poll is more dependant on the questions I guess? What do you think? How is The Tricktionary going? Will there be a third edition? Please let the readers know of any news. Thanks.
